JD Power CSI Rankings

Mercedes-Benz has moved back into the top 10 in Customer Service Index (CSI) for the first time in a decade.  We jumped 3 spots from 12th to 9th with a total improvement of 14 points.  This marks the 3rd year in a row that we have improved our ranking.  During this same time, we saw both BMW and Audi fall in their rankings.

This is a great example of Mercedes-Benz commitment to provide a better customer experience in both sales and service to new, current, and previous Mercedes-Benz clients.
